Notary Services
- A notary verifies the identity of signers and witnesses signatures. A notary does not verify the truth, accuracy or legality of a document’s contents.
- The notary may refuse to perform a notarization if identification is unsatisfactory, a signer appears unwilling or unaware, the document is incomplete, or the request is otherwise improper under Nevada law.
- For remote online notarizations, all signatures must be applied live during the recorded session. Documents signed before the session will not be notarized.
- Fees for notarial acts do not exceed the amounts allowed by NRS 240.100. Travel and technology fees are quoted before the appointment.
Document Preparation Services
- Documents are prepared at your direction, based on the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that information.
- We cannot advise you on which document or legal strategy is right for you, or represent you in court or before any agency.
- Fees and the scope of work are confirmed in writing before work begins, as required by Nevada law.
Appointments
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel, and make sure every signer has acceptable ID and the complete, unsigned document so your appointment can be completed.
