Hired by a company outside Las Vegas? Many employers ask remote hires to meet with an authorized representative to complete Form I-9. Yuri Notary can act as that representative and meet you at a convenient location in Las Vegas or Clark County.
How It Works
- Your employer sends you the Form I-9 and its instructions. Complete Section 1 before the appointment unless your employer says otherwise.
- Bring original, unexpired identity and employment authorization documents from the USCIS Lists of Acceptable Documents.
- I physically examine your documents, complete Section 2 as your employer’s authorized representative and return the form according to your employer’s instructions.
Good to Know
- Completing Form I-9 is not a notarization. No notary seal is applied.
- Your employer remains responsible for the form, so follow any specific instructions they give you.
- Photocopies of documents are made only if your employer requests them.
