John Yurasits, founder of Yuri Notary in Las Vegas, was raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, where his grandparents instilled in him a deep commitment to customer service from an early age. That foundation has defined every aspect of his notary career — from his first commission in Pennsylvania to the thriving practice he leads in Nevada today.
30 Years of Notarial Excellence — Starting in Pennsylvania
John began his notary career in Pennsylvania in 1995, quickly earning a reputation for professionalism, precision, and integrity. His expertise brought him to the attention of state regulators, and he went on to assist the Pennsylvania Department of State in launching the Remote Online Notary (RON) Program — helping shape the legal framework that governs remote notarization across the state today.
His contributions to the profession led to a formal appointment by the Secretary of State to serve on an advisory committee for notary complaints — a role that required deep knowledge of notarial law, ethics, and fraud prevention.
During this period, John also founded Yuri Notary and worked as a loan signing agent for multiple national vendors, earning a flawless 5-star vendor rating that placed him among the top tier of signing agents trusted with high-value transactions and elite clientele.
Bringing That Experience to Las Vegas, Nevada
In 2016, John relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, obtained his Nevada Notary commission, and expanded Yuri Notary’s services to include mobile notary, remote online notarization (RON), and document preparation throughout Clark County and beyond.
As a Nevada Certified Document Preparer (CDP), John prepares legal, business, and personal documents — including contracts, affidavits, real estate documents, business formation filings, and court forms — in compliance with Nevada state law, and at a fraction of the cost of a law firm.
John also mentors and trains new notaries across the Las Vegas Valley, ensuring clients always receive the same high-quality, affordable, and reliable service he has delivered for three decades.
