Need help completing USCIS forms? As a Nevada Certified Document Preparer, I prepare immigration forms at your direction, accurately and on time, and notarize supporting documents when needed. In-person appointments are available anywhere in Clark County, and remote online notarization is available nationwide.

• We can fill out the forms you choose using the information you provide, organize your supporting documents, notarize affidavits, and sign the preparer section of the form as required.
• We cannot tell you which form to file, advise you on eligibility or strategy, or represent you before USCIS or immigration court.
• For legal advice, use a licensed attorney or a DOJ-accredited representative. You can find one through USCIS Find Legal Services.
• Yuri Notary is not a “notario público.” Nevada law prohibits notaries from using that title.
